DRO-350 Software Release 2

New Features
------------
* separate mill and lathe versions of software
* diameter mode for any axis instead of just the X axis
* turn on the left-most decimal point when diameter mode is on
* adjustable CPI per axis to support quadrature encoders (1-40000)
* simplified fast mode programming algorithm
* replaced fixed filter levels with configurable thresholds
* manual fast mode programming via func-X/Y/Z keypress
* display scale readings in counts via func-inch/mm keypress
* logic to detect a removed scale and increase the fast mode display refresh
* absolute zeroes saved in EEPROM (persistent after power removal)
* inch/metric saved in EEPROM (persistent after power removal)

Mill (DRO-350M) version only:
* mill offsets for cutting edge compensation (func-5: define, func-6: use, 5: center,
  2: front edge, 4: left edge, 6: right edge, 8: back edge)

Lathe (DRO-350L) version only:
* surface feet per minute display based on X axis absolute position (func-8)

Bug Fixes

* fix for fast mode signaling sequence for vertical Chinese scales
* adjusted mux timing to prevent faint LED segments when a button is held down
* fix for bolthole problem with certain combinations of holes and angles

Removed Features
----------------
* removed configurable resolution and fixed it to 3.5 for SAE and 2.0 for metric
* removed anti-flicker prevention for low display intensities
