DRO-350 Software Release 3

New Features
------------
* Polarity setup setting to change the location of the origin
* Triple over-sampling setup setting to support some Chinese scales with fast serial frequency
* Changed auxiliary setup setting to yes or no to support simultaneous use of tachometer and electronic edge finder
* Changed edge finder trigger from rising edge to falling edge to match published edge finder designs

Mill (DRO-350M) version only:
* SFM tachometer display based on current tool diameter
* Default origin for tool offsets and bolt holes moved to front left position
* Turn on left-most decimal point if an axis has an active tool offset

Lathe (DRO-350L) version only:
* Compound (Z2) vectoring into cross-slide (X) and carriage (Z1) with configurable compound angle

Bug Fixes

* Tachometer is now displayed in RPM instead of Hertz
* Fixed flicker on tach display each time a 24 bit timer rollover occurs
* Fixed problem entering offsets for an axis in diameter mode
* Corrected potential corruption of one tool offset when defining another

* Removed centerline function from lathe version
